This outreach, which continues till date, is designed to provide accessible and affordable healthcare services to underserved communities.<\/p><p>The program focused on the prevention, early detection, and treatment of common health conditions such as malaria, typhoid, and high blood pressure. Free medical screenings, medications, and health education were provided to residents, ensuring both immediate care and long-term awareness.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The outreach is guided by the following objectives:<\/p><p>1. To provide free malaria and typhoid testing services.<br \/>2. To conduct blood pressure screenings for early detection of hypertension.<br \/>3. To distribute free medications for malaria, typhoid, and high blood pressure.<br \/>4. To promote awareness of preventive health practices within the community.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>All attendees are registered upon arrival. Basic information such as names, age range, and health complaints were documented to ensure proper follow-up and care.<br \/>Participants undergo comprehensive screening, including:<br \/>1. Rapid diagnostic tests for malaria and typhoid.<br \/>2. Blood pressure checks to assess hypertension levels.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Individuals who test positive for malaria or typhoid receives appropriate medications at no cost. Participants diagnosed with high blood pressure are provided antihypertensive drugs and counseled on necessary lifestyle changes. Health talks are also conducted to educate participants on malaria prevention strategies, personal and environmental hygiene, healthy dietary practices, and effective management of high blood pressure.<\/p><p>So far, a total of 200 plus beneficiaries participated in the outreach, receiving one or more of the services offered. This outreach records several positive impacts within the community:<br \/>1. Increased awareness of malaria, typhoid, and hypertension prevention.<br \/>2. Early detection of health conditions requiring immediate attention.<br \/>3.
